this 113 year old dam (the oldest gravity dam in the world) made of lime, granite and surkhi mixture
why never mention about this fact? isn't the material used for the construction of that dam is of equal importance while mentioning the strength of it?
or can we blindly can assume 1979's safty measures which added 40% of cement can support that old dam?
